I think so.
Never got such easy results from a diet. Fairly quick too.
Went from about 20%bf (a guess) and now I'm real close to 10% (abs are faint, digi-calipers are around 11-12%bf).

I liked it man. I dipped my cals too low last week though, and lost only 1lb. My fault though. After the initial water loss, I had about 2lbs per wk or so.

Sharp cheddar cheese for snack

Tuna, bacon bits and mayo for lunch

NY Strip for Dinner

I just had a few pieces of bacon.

Speaking of being a nerd. I changed the power unit on my computer today, and added another 128 megs of ram. I've never done that before, and feel like i'm the man now.

That sounds right. I used olive oil or an olive canola blend to get my cals and fats up. Kept me full too. I also had:

Eggs and bacon (or sausage)

Walnuts (3g carb per 28g svg, but all fiber:D )

pepperoni slices and string cheese

tuna and miracle whip.

Chicken breast with Ranch.
(ranch goes with anything by the way)

Cheap frozen hamburger patties and cheese.

Heavy Whipping Cream in my coffee.

Diet Dr pepper for occaisional, extra "sumpn-sumpn"

Had about 2 Tblsp olive oil a day. (one with 2nd meal/snack, and one with lunch) I was RARELY hungry. I didnt really 'crave' anything after awhile.
That was kinda nice.
