Hey Havoc, do ever do power cleans anymore? There's really nowhere to do them in my gym, but I'd like to start doing them every now and then. I'm still convinced that is the best exercise for building the upperback and also developing explosive power.
I did them a few months ago on Shoulder day, after Military and dumbbell presses. I'm talking more like hang cleans, than power cleans. I could probably fit them in on either back or shoulder day. Last time I did them my traps and upper back was sore for days. They give you a hell of a forearm workout too.
Fuck Man, I hate when you do this shit, you are making me want to incorporate them shits into my workout now. I would probably do them on shoulder day as well, good thoughts. peace
lol, I may try and fit them in say once every 2-3 weeks, and not go crazy on the poundages. It 's a hell of a lot easier doing heavy weight for 3-4 reps, then it is doing light weight for 10-12 reps of that exercise.
