My first post explained my problems with proteinfactory, which occurred last summer. I didn't hear about 1fast400's assay of pf until the lawsuit was filed. I couldn't care less about the claims at this point; I have already had first-hand problems with pf. I have since stuck with various commerical protein blends (somewhat costly). But I now use allthewhey. I must be an allthewhey LACKEY, right?
I would like to hear if there are lots of people who have had positive experiences with pf, but I know that threads such as this will only bring out negative posts. Still, isn't it odd that people complain so often about the service and quality of pf?
You alluded to a good point. When someone is satisfied they tend not to comment. It's usually when they have a problem.
Actually I've heard the opposite with PF, the customer satsfaction is very high, but they've been around a long time and nobody has a 100% customer satisfaction. However, I can say this. Most people don't know how to handle a complaint. They get all pissy and antagonistic. Any reputable company will handle a complaint in the favor of the customer if it's handled right because obviously they want your business.
One time (before they even knew who I was) I got a sweetened protein blend from PF and I called them to say how the order was wrong and they immediately sent out the correct order no problem , and even told me to keep the original.
I'm sure allthewhey has good customer service too, but like I said, I use egg in my blend.
Incidentally, the worst customer service I've ever seen has been with Biotest. They offer a monney back guarantee then badger you if you want to return anything -- as if you shouldn't be unhappy with paying 80 bucks for a supplement that does nothing.
