Should I not be eating anything at all?
The last stuff I had was the whey/carb mix at my 2nd shot.

I assume you're talking about you insulin use after the last meal of the carb-up. Yes, that is correct, no food after last meal (unless you feel sick or sweating a lot or shaking =signs of hypoglycemia=death if you don't eat high GI carbs)..but if you feel fine, then you don't have to eat anything, just make sure your blood sugar doesn't get lower then 45.
Don't goto sleep for at least 2 1/2 hours after last insulin shot.
