Another note: I am focusing on just machines for a few weeks because I thought the controlled movement would be easier on my aching shoulder but tonight (day of w/o) my shoulder is as sore as it's ever been.
That's right, RETARD! j/k Another reason is that the building I work in has all those machines downstairs. To use free weights I would have to walk 6 blocks to the other building. Unless I decided to do DB bench but I just came off a cycle of those and I think that's part of why my shoulders were aching in the first place, plus I want to switch it up.
I'll be going back to BB bench after this cycle because there is a weightlifting competition coming up at the other building.
