That's right, RETARD! j/k Another reason is that the building I work in has all those machines downstairs. To use free weights I would have to walk 6 blocks to the other building. Unless I decided to do DB bench but I just came off a cycle of those and I think that's part of why my shoulders were aching in the first place, plus I want to switch it up.

I'll be going back to BB bench after this cycle because there is a weightlifting competition coming up at the other building.

Thanks for lending support to my theory. Like I said I will drop the c.p. next chest w.o. then reintroduce at a proper seat adjustment.
