Which multi do you use when on (or off)?

Most multi's come from the same few plants in Utah. (At least most of the store brands. GNC, Vitamin Shoppe, etc)

I'm sure that most all vitamins available out there are manufactured using Good Manufacturing Practices. This can't be said for all the supps that people take, but certainly multis.

My girl has a hard time swallowing things (keep your jokes to yourselves.) She takes Gummi-Vites. They are just gummy bears, and they're freakin delicious.

I've been happy with generics, but am not too familiar with Nelson's product. I'll have to take a look. Keep in mind tho that a multi is just a supplement to be taken in addition to a well-balanced diet.

I just use the Mega vitamin formula from Shop-rite. Its the same as the GNC brand and costs half as much.

Sometimes I wonder when things are TOO cheap. I've also used the GNC brand... years and years ago.

Taking any multi is like taking Slim Fast as a protein supp. Sure, its fine and cheap and won't kill you, but it's not the higest quality. DX7 is more for people who take supps beyond the basics with ingredients like Lycopene, (for prostate health) Beta Glucan, (for immunity health and recovery) MSM, (for carlidge strength) etc. So if you're supplementing those things you'll save a lot of money by getting it all in one shot. Animal Pak is the closest in being more "complete" but a lot of the ingredients like Smilax and pepsin are worthless. So the bottom line is, if you want the best and are willing to spend a little extra, DX7 is your best deal. If you just want a basic vitamin pill, then go with one of the generic brands.

I agree that the generic brands don't compare to Animal Pak or DX7... but it's hard to choose between the two. Animal Paks are old school... guys have been using them since I was in diapers. It was #1 selling training multi in world for like 20 years straight. They have to be good right?

AP and Russian Bear were the first multis geared for bodybuilders. A good idea but both had some useless ingredients and a few that were good were left out (or not yet available) DX7 is a more upgraded version of that concept.
