Animal Paks sure are a lot of pills. And money. (Plus, I've never heard of some of that crap in there...) I don't have any experience with PF's multi. I simply take Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate Man morning and night.

I just use the Mega vitamin formula from Shop-rite. Its the same as the GNC brand and costs half as much.

Centy, you're right about Animal Pak's having some "filler" in there. I've been using them for a while now but there is no way I can take 2 paks per day. The pills are HUGE too! They should make an injecable version... lol.

So you're happy with the Vitamin Shoppe Ultimate Man? Cost and everything?

44 packs of AnimalPaks can cost as low as $16.99 on the net if you catch a deal. That is by far the least expensive multi on the market.

Taking any multi is like taking Slim Fast as a protein supp. Sure, its fine and cheap and won't kill you, but it's not the higest quality. DX7 is more for people who take supps beyond the basics with ingredients like Lycopene, (for prostate health) Beta Glucan, (for immunity health and recovery) MSM, (for carlidge strength) etc. So if you're supplementing those things you'll save a lot of money by getting it all in one shot. Animal Pak is the closest in being more "complete" but a lot of the ingredients like Smilax and pepsin are worthless. So the bottom line is, if you want the best and are willing to spend a little extra, DX7 is your best deal. If you just want a basic vitamin pill, then go with one of the generic brands.
