Which form of creatine to choose?

I see that there is creatine in so many forms, thatit is so hard to choose just one. Which you think is better –capsules, tablets, or powder?

In the end of the day, all forms of creatine are the same, and all that matters are the ingredients, not the form. Many creatine products have these unnecessary ingredients, which only add in carbs and sugars just for the sake of taste. Personally, I like n2BM's Ancient strength not because it comes in tabs, but rather because it is all creatine without any additions, and there you find not only the usual creatine monohydrate, but other forms of creatine as well.

Creatine is creatine. Don't waste your money on some fancy overly marketed creatine that will provide no additional benefits.

Either get a bulk creatine monohydrate powder or a capsulated creatine product like ancient strength from n2bm.com.

Take 5-10g per day. There is no need to cycle or load creatine or anything like that.

As long as you get pure creatine it makes no difference. I prefer ancient strength because I find it more convenient to take tablets vs powder.
