Currently I am taking equal amounts of Flax oil (Omega3) and Olive oil (Omega6). I was wondering if it would be better in terms of fat loss to use one or the other.

Not to mention Trans Fats. If you can eliminate transfats and keep saturated fats at a reasonable level to begin with, then you are on your way to healthy living.
