Which do you believe is resposible for more strength gains, CNS stimulation or Muscle

Oh yea, and most of the routines were precontest not off season.

Are you telling me the endocrine system and nervous system dont influence each other in any way? Im not the brightest tool in the shed...nor do i have the technical mumbo jumbo...but dont all the bodys systems work together? and if a drug is taken it effects more than just one (namely the endocrine) system in the body

Research has shown that they initial gains in strength come from CNS stimulation, but eventually muscular hypertrophy catches up and becomes the major factor. Usually at this point or a little after, the workload is increased at the cycle starts over again.

Hey, do you have a link to this research? What are your sources?

Also, where in IL are you from?
