Whey vs Casein??

You can order it from needtobuildmuscle.com. No protein will give you dramatic size gains, but with a solid diet and a good protein like needto's you can gain some decent weight.

Well i don't want to gain any more weight. Just pure muscle mass. I'll stop thinking about gaining when i can get my arm size to 16-18". My arms are the only part which are lacking in gain right now.

Dude what they're trying to tell you is that protein is protein. It comes in different qualities but regardless of your goals you need protein. You need to get yourself some whey protein. I reccomend always ordering it online because stores like GNC rip you off. All casein is is a slow digesting protein like the guys told you already. Cottage cheese is also slow digesting. The purpose for taking in slow digesting protein, like they said, is for between gaps in meals. I take it before bed you if you are on a budget just have like a cup of nonfat cottage cheese

No. Its expensive and doesnt last long. Its like $40-50 for 30 servings which if you take the reccomended 2 scoops its only 15. Ntbm's whey has 85 servings for a little over $50 and free shipping.

Syntha 6 is usually on sale at GNC for 50 to 55 bucks for 5 pounds.
That contains 52 servings of 44 g each. Each serving is 22 g protein, 15 g carb, 6 g fat.

NTBM "whey to build muscle" on the other hand,
5 lbs for 59 bucks
85 servings of 27g each, each serving is 20 protein, 2 fat 4 carb.

So, NTBM is a better deal, because it is more concentrated protein. The Syntha 6 is good stuff, but half the weight of what you buy is not protein.

Ok. Then i'll look for a cheaper whey protein available near to me. I'll try and see if it's possible to get ntbm's whey in my area

Whey is fast acting protein, casein is slow.

So whey after a workout and first thing in the morning and casein before bed.

I have read studies that suggested whey and casein post workout is superior to just whey, but most people seem to use whey.

Most casein protein shakes are loaded with sugars and carbs as well as the protein so I would not recommend taking it before bed if he's tryin to cut weight, the body metabolizes everything much slower while in sleep mode so all that sugar and carbs goes strait to fat.

Hmmm i'm thinking of building a stack, whey for pre-workout and cell tech for post workout. will that be good enough?

Ya, I would also recommend taking the cell mass 30min before bed on workout days, your muscles will be very hungry for protein for the next 48 hours after a workout

What about Syntha-6 guys?? I read that it has both casein and whey included but digests slow. I'm really low on budget. I can't buy them both. So is syntha-6 is worth for money?

Not IMO. Like he said above, use them both at the right times. Something I recently learned about pure whey is that it induces GH release when taken by itself without sugar or fat involved. Im pretty sure it's whey anyway, if I'm confusing it with Cassein please feel free to correct me guys.

Not Cell Mass, it's creatine supplement, cell-tech. Well some of my friend used it, and it gives pretty good results. So i'm kinda thinking of trying it
