Whey too much ?

I get perhaps 100 grams from whey (2 shakes) and the rest from food, so it comes out to about 60/40 (food/shakes).

I see no problem with it...its better than not getting protein at all.
 
i try to get 180 grams of whey, 180 grams of whole food or casein/egg(like problend or mass fuel) protein a day. and i am always successful in that. :)
 
isnt it better if those shakes contain a blend of protein instead of just whey?
 
is it possible to slow down whey's absorption w/the addition of a TBSP of flax oil?? or is the difference negligible??
 
anyone know where to find a really cheap protein blend powder?
 
You can buy bulk, but I forget the name of the main place ppl here talk about.

In any even, whey is certainly not the cheapest protein source. I just find it easier to drink 5 scoop shakes (with a bit of yoghurt and skim milk.) Than the equivalent 4 tunas or chickens (in adition to the 4 I already do.)
