Looking to add a post workout protein with my ostazol, whats a better protein for a 28 year old, whey basic isolate or concentrate? any of these good? or should I just stick to snickers and protein bars I been eating.
Bars are worse than powders and I really wouldn't recommend either. Nothing will compare to real food. If you are going to purchase a supplement instead of food no matter what then I recommend a whey isolate protein AKA fart powder.
