I would like to add upright rows to my training... this is the training split that The Canadian Oak recommended to me, where should I throw it in? Back/Traps/Bi's day? or Legs/Shoulders day?

monday
chest/tri's
flat bench
incline db's
dips
close grip bench
skullcrushers

wed
back/traps/bi's
deads
yates rows
barbell rows
shrugs
standing bb curls
hammer curls

fri
legs/shoulders
squats
lunges
stiff leg deads
calf raises
military presses
side laterals

OR.. could someone help me come up with a 4 day split? I wanna go hard and heavy.. the more days the better (but i know i need some days off :p)

maybe along BBB's suggestion:
"chest tri's
back bi's
legs
shoulders abs"

i would recommend working shoulders and traps in the same workout routine. Upright rows will kill your traps, and it is a shoulder exercise, so i would stick it in this routine, not with back.

I've been doing a six day on one day off split and it's been working great hitting each body part every five days or so.My split is. Chest and Tris/Biceps and Forearms/Back/Legs Calves/Shoulders and Forearms

Scout,
are you "ON" right now? Thats seems like a shit load of volume to me, without a break....
If I lift more than 2-3 days in a row, I feel very lethargic... i usually do about 20-30 min cardio at the end of my workouts.. so it could be the cardio burning me out..
