My sleeping pattern sucks as well.
Midnight-2AM------- Awake
2AM------5AM--------Sleep
5AM------3PM--------Awake
3PM------7PM--------Asleep
7PM------Midnight---Awake
I've tried everything in the book besides prescription drugs like xanax, etc. I took unisom for a while which worked then I started having nightmared and would wake up on my kitchen floor and shit with no clue how I got there. Honestly, the only thing that can really knock me out for 8 hours from midnight until 8 Am is smoking a bowl.
