I just think the only person Mitch feels sorry for in that deal was the kid after reading that, I don't really think he feels sorry for her at all so he doesn't feel bad for saying it. He wasn't commenting on the kid, or the father or the situation, just Shirlene.

I can't really empathize with what I read at all either. I just wouldn't say anything.

I pretty sure I'm the child raising authority here because I raise winners who totally dominate their situations and mostly other people's children in every aspect of everything and I say what she did is fucked up and their is zero room for debate.
