when to train?

Hi.
Which is the best time to go to gym? i always went at about 5pm because i can eat a lot of stuff in the time between 1 and 3pm. this would get me a lot of energy and calories to burn. after workout i took my creatine and proteins and ate 1 more time. but i'm thinking of going at 1pm so that i can eat a lot of stuff AFTER i went to gym. in the morning i wouldn't eat too much, because i can't, but i'd take a weight gainer to school and drink it at about 11am (2 hrs before i'd go to gym). this would probably be enough to get me energy and calories to burn for the workout at 1pm, right? and then after workout, i'd take my stuff and eat about 2-3 times.

what do you think is better? 1pm or 5pm?

The best time to train is when you wake up because your test levels are the highest & your body is fully rested. Before you go you should down a quick myoplex & maybe take some caffeine to get you out the door.Other wise try to workout as early in the day as you can .

skinnyfromtoptobottom,

I too am a student that has to train in the afternoon/evening. I always do my cardio first thing, before I head to class. After a long day at class, I usually am excited to get to the gym. The morning cardio also gets me going for the day.
