When to end bulking cycle and start cutting?

I'm 5/10 and currently at 156lbs. Unfortunately I don't know my bf% at the moment. Should I start my cutting cycle when I reach 170lbs? I'm gaining about 2lbs a week right now. Also when I start cutting how much weight should I try to lose? 10lbs?
 
Cut when you feel like you have too much fat on you. Cut down to when you feel like you look good enough, or people say "my god you're too thin".

I assume you've been training less than a year, so, you need to concentrate on getting big. If you bulk cleanly you might be able to get to 170 and cut from there. That's still pretty small IMO. I'd suggest bulking until next summer, then start cutting so that you'll actually have something to show off.
 
I'd recommend buying calipers so that you can track your diet and progress. The scale isn't very useful...you're mostly concerned about lean gains.

I try to stay around 10% when bulking, but if you find it easy to lose weight then don't hesitate to put on a couple pounds.
