I have never done deadlifts before, and really want to start doing them. But I am not sure how to incorporate them into my worrkout regime: should I do it on my leg day, or on my back day?
Also, which deadlift is the best for building overall mass?
yeah, that's exactly what I was thinking, with deadlift being such a hard exercise and everything, no way I would be able to do it on the same day with squats.
