Just wondering... how does everyone know when they can come back after having a injury??
Last thursday I tweaked my pec while benching. It hurt for a day, now there is just minor discomfort. I wanted to do close clip bench for triceps tomorrow, but am concerned it may be too soon. Once again, my chest doesn't hurt right now, i'm just concerned about re-aggravating the injury & while working a different body-part (and I will be using some chest when i do close-clips obviously).
Typically, after there is no pain in my muscle, I wait an additional 3-4 days to train, but i just started a cycle last Sunday and don't want to waste anymore days.
What does everyone else do?
