Why are you doing HIGH INTENSITY for 45 mins to 1 hour??
HIGH INTENSITY is usually 20-30 mins.
The fat burning lipolysis cardio of 65-75% MHR is usually done for 45 to 1 hour, NEVER high intensity cardio. HIIT is bad enough at the correct time, let alone doubling the session's time.
