When should I take them ?

Why are you doing HIGH INTENSITY for 45 mins to 1 hour??

HIGH INTENSITY is usually 20-30 mins.

The fat burning lipolysis cardio of 65-75% MHR is usually done for 45 to 1 hour, NEVER high intensity cardio. HIIT is bad enough at the correct time, let alone doubling the session's time.

You're right....
45min - 1 hour is too much
but it's a spinning classes and I can hardly stop in the middle of the class :worried:

My goal is too improve my recovery capacity (in order to decrease my rest time between sets - when weight training)
+ increase basal metabolic rate
+ burn some fat
.... though this shouldn't interfere with my "hypertrophy goals" :)
