I just want to avoid too much catabolism when doing cardio
Taking proteins (in the form of egg whites) should prevent that, but if those whites are still in the stomach, I guess that's useless
=> Protein should be taken early enough before the cardio session
i would eaqt the 1-2 hours before cardio i was taking a scoop of protien 1 hour before my cardio and training sessions and had great results you dont need to do cardio on an empty stomach to loose fat remember fat lose is related to what you take in caloreie wise to how much you burn throught your day everyone is different and you need to find what works for you some people feel they get beter results on an empty stomach and some feel the need to eat something prior to cardio good lkuck hope this helps
