I am with the STANG on this, as usual. I try to get in at least 40g every two hours. I prefer to get 50g or even 60g just to make sure I am getting enough.
i try and eat as much protein as possible.. even when cutting.. i generally always have some form of meat or shake or somthing to snack on with me at all times......
people think im strange when i bring a bag of meat to the movies or somthing
