3 days of weights every week with 3-4 days of cardio on non-wotkout days for maximum growth and recovery. I grow twice as much training 3 times per week than I ever did training 5 times per week.
This is the same on cycle or off

Yep...Monday, Wednesday, Friday each and every week. (I do DC training)
lemme ask, is there anyone who uses gear and does compound excersizes 3+ days a week? is it possible in terms of recovery?
