4-5 days, depending on my body. my muscles are the slow healing type.... if they stay sore, i get more rest, if they heal fast....no rest for the wicked
 
I train five days straight, then take a rest day. Then start over again. My days do not change on cycle. Just add more food and add more sets to a couple of workouts.

3 days of weights every week with 3-4 days of cardio on non-wotkout days for maximum growth and recovery. I grow twice as much training 3 times per week than I ever did training 5 times per week.

you better train twice a day for 6-7 days strait to gain the most effects.
Science IS behind those statements (actually more often training is even more beneficial)...


Look if building muscle was as easy as going couple days per week. MORE PEOPLE would be huge by now.

There is no science in hit/low volume approach.


Forde serious muscle gains (we arent bodyshapers) you need serious training. Few days per week just dont cut it.

There is no science anywhere sayin that,
I firmly believe you need ample recovery time like you would get from a 3-4 day split.
And OP I usually bump from 3-5 Days when I'm on due to quicker recovery. But again I listen to my body..

Me too, bulking I train 3-4 times per week and cutting 5-6 times per week no cardio. This doesn't change whether I'm off or on
 
I train 6-7 days a week all natty.. Lol when you have love for the sport of bodybuilding you will make gains either way
