Utilize it while ya got it! 6x's/week hitting your lagging parts twice a week should give you what you want while on, assuming your diet is in accordance to your goals too. My theory is that in order to grow size and strength fast (while burning fat..) you need to push your body past it's limits to in order to create a stimulus that your body isn't used to, therefore making it change. Lift heavier or more reps or longer or different techniques every time
