I totally agree with you- I would love to see the actual truth about 1 oz wheat grass = 2 lbs green vegies....you're right- vague indeed... this is why I mentioned it as 'reported' to contain the equivalent. I suppose a lab could give a true analysis of its' contents, vit, min....?
In any case, the pure potency & taste of it make me think it is one of the best form of green, whole foods we can consume, whether it is = to 1/2 lb or whatever- and being 'live grass', it would be considered superior (my opinion) to any vegies bought in a grocer - no pesticides, no shelf time under artificial light, not exposed to heat from trucks delivering, how long ago it was picked - all these conditions destroy some of the benefits of green foods... the color of vegies tell their quality.
