Deciever New member Apr 4, 2002 #13 Quads- front squats could build them up pretty good.. so do hack squats Hams- SLDL, Good Mornings, Regular Squats, Glute ham raise may build them up too, when i do them it feels like my hams are being ripped apart, it feels great.

b fold the truth Elite Strongman Platinum Apr 4, 2002 #14 I used to do this in the gym: Full squats supersetted with leg extensions Full hack squats supersetted with bar lunges It would absolutely fry my quads...I'd do 3 sets of each...in the rep range of 6 for each exercise and each set. Come as close to failure as possible. If you want to build big hams...then do goodmornings. They are a ton of fun and you can do tons of variations!!! B True
