I put 12 egg whites in a blender add a scoop of my favorite protein powder followed by 4 packets splenda, blend and in the mean time have a lb of broccoli or colliflower cookin in the mic. Then I warm a skillet pour my egg mix in a sprinkle the veggies on top, Sometimes I also add checken breast eat this 3 times a day for the last 15 days or so. LOL
Thick chocolate protein shakes, Chicken with melted cheese, Thick shakes with natty pb, low carb fajita shells with turkey and low fat mayo. Egg whites with FF Mozz and red pepper and cajun seasoning, Skinny Cow Low Carbs Ice Cream Bars, Lean ground beed w/non-calorie kethcup, to name a few.

other than that I buy these "ready made" chicken breasts that come in various flavors, lemon grass is my favorite that with some potato, or just veggies if i'm keeping carbs down
