Prime ruib just plain kicks ass. Tenderloin is my second favorite.

BUT, I prefer to marinate inexpensive New Yorl Sirloin cuts for as low as 2.69lb!!!!!!! For 7.00 you get about a 3lb cut of beef~~ I cut it into 8 4.5oz portions and eat it for 2-3 days
