I started doing squats again after taking a few months off from them.
My legs are blowing up and my glutes are getting soild .
So for now i'll say over all legs are the coolest part to train.Feel good to have them alive again.
I get to move around alot of weight,you can really feel the blood rush into them.
Take alot of energy do your exhuasted afterwards.
routine.
squats
leg press
leg extentions
stiff legged deadlifts
calve raises
reverse calve raises to work the tibialis
(calves are pretty impressive thanks to nelson tips)
some times the girly machines to work the ab and adductors
