ok of course we care about every muscle in the body. But everyone has one or two that we think looks the best and we work a little extra hard on.mine is traps and bis. What are yalls?

i'm 18 and i have 30 year olds walk up to me and ask how the hell do they get traps like that...lol nuff said

i got good development in my traps....but i dnt really work them out much....you get good traps by heavy deadlifts...

i may be gay and lame...but i like my quads. something about large quads does it for me....quads are just a glorious muscle. maybe even the measure of a man.

yes, in a totally non-gay way, quads are the greatest. if michelangelo sculpted just one muscle group, i'm sure he would have picked the quad
