it all depends on the way it's prepared. i love blackened catfish. mahi mahi and halibut are great to use in fish tacos. salmon is awesome with mango salsa. tuna steaks are delicious seared with olive oil & some rosemary.
I think that Salmon is probably best out of those. I read something about Hg content in fish and Salmon was really low, whereas Tuna and Halibut were high.

salmon is awesome because it's a fatty fish...your supply of fish oils, not much but it counts..
most def salmon, love that stuff with any kind of fruity salsa/marinade. i also love fresh tuna steaks(raw or cooked), though I am beggining to hate canned tuna. Catfish is another fav but being from the deep south it's like a sin not to fry it so i normally stay away. My mom saw me grilling some catfish one day and was like wtf are you doing boy, that ain't how you cook catfish!!!
