Right on...have a good time. Love BBQ!!! My wife bought me a nice indirect smoker for my birthday. I use the hell outta that thing. Going to do a nice pork shoulder next and make some pulled pork. Smoked turkey is fab also. Nice eulogy for Guardian BTW.

I only work 10-12 days a month. Just trying to beat the heat. Have an awesome community center in the planned community where we are building a house, so we go chill by the pool on a regular basis.

How do you keep sweet potatoes for longer term..cooked.

Like can I cook them, and store them, then reheat, and they still be edible.. By edible I mean good. I normally wrap em in wet paper towels, throw em in the microwave, pound them with my fist till the insides are outside, sprinkle cinnamon and shovel em back as fast as possible..

Trying to build a 7 meal a day plan with brown rice, sweet potatoes, oats, and white potatoes.. About all the complex carbs I can think of..
