whats the right amount to eat when dieting?

Yeah. Unless you sit around and drink 1500 cals of soda or something. What are you eating right now? For some people, the ratios and timing matter more than the overall cals. And at 130, you might want to consider adding mass, then dieting down again. You ain't got much muscle to assist in burning away that chubb.

alright then kid d, this is my diet i worked out as follows:

10:00

3 egg whites
1 egg
Two slices of wholemeal bread

Total cals = 342

12:00

Bowl of rice

Total cals = 350

2:00

Bowl of Porridge oats
skimmed milk

Total cals = 200

4:00

Myoplex Lite Bar

Total cals = 190

6:00

Bowl of Porridge oats
skimmed milk

Total cals = 200

8:00

Two slices of Wholmeal bread

Total cals = 200

Overall cals = approx. 1500

I only drink pepsi max whixh is 0.6 cals per 100ml

I also do 30mins of morning cardio which is always a jog.

I also lift weights 3 times a week, each session lasts for about 1 hour.
 
Convert the carb only meals (rice, bread) to protein meals, taper you carbs off toward the end of the day or center them around your training.
 
u should get good quality protein at each meal, maybe ou should try skipping the milk and drop the protein bars

eat your first few meals as protein and carbs and the last few proteins and fats
 
You need to try different things and learn what works for your body. Keep in mind the fat you are trying to lose is often the last to go, it's very stubborn. You should try cycling your carbs. Go three days at about 100g's of carbs and on the 4th day go up to about 300. Eat 1.25 grams per pound of BW, and get about 50 g's of good fat a day. Good luck!
