What's the law with Proviron?

Buddy of mine got pulled over and had 3 Proviron tabs on him. He may be getting charged with a felony.

Is Proviron a Schedule 3 drug?

I kinda doubt he will get charged with a felony for three proviron tabs... That member of the narcoswine should have his balls cut off for turning someone in for three proviron tabs.

Under federal law, I don't see proviron as a schedule III substance.
I doubt that he would face felony charges on the state level. Many states just make it a misdemeanor to possess AS, unless the quantity is such that an intent to sell the AS could be made out.
Honestly, I really don't think your friend has a whole lot to worry about. If he needs some more adivce, e-mail me.

Unless I am way off, yes Proviron is considered Schedule 3 as it is a steroid. Proviron is classed as a steroid so it must fall in the same scheduling as all others. Now wether they will actually charge and or prosecute a felony for 3 tabs is pretty unlikely unless your buddy has a previous record.

that sucks bro....not all cops are like that my buddy and i got pull over and like a dumb ass my friend said he could search the car. the cop found his dbol tabs and a vial of EQ. the cop asked what this was for and my buddy said his sick horse. the cop laughed and let us go.

I goofed!. It is a Schedule III substance. (This is what happens when I just finish trial. I can barely read.).
But even the mere possession, under state law won't make out a felony.

Car was searched and it was found in the car. He had another illegal substance in the car (I really can't go into detail) . So he was charged with 2 felony counts. But he doesn't know yet exactly what the 2 felony counts are for.
