What's The Hardest Bodypart To Develop?

Calves are very stubborn-- but, I find that training them somewhat less frequent, and assign one- training session entirley to your calves with a upper bodypart, in order to hit them with full concentration. Works great for me and it's developing rather nicely so far!

But, I would say the most stubborn part for me is the upper chest, it's weak as hell!

calves and biceps are the hardest for me. but biceps are getting better. on the other hand my chest has always been my best at growing.

Calves are hard for most people to grow because they dont want to deal with the calf pain while training. Unless you have "high calves" then you have potential to improve them.

Traps are very easy to develop for most people. Its easy to build big traps they grow very fast.

My biceps were big and peaked even before I started training and chest, delts, hams were big before lifting too.

what the F!!

i don't understand how someone hardest body part to build would be their chest! obviously, these must be those people that take a bunch of juice and then only lift upper body, because if they lifted legs, they would almost have to say calves! calves are the most stubborn muscle in the body and the hardest to build for most.

like everyone elzse said calves are a bitch, but also forearms for me...i deadlift with no wraps, shrug with no wraps, and directly work them and they still look like a 10 year old boys forearms who never even learned how to jerk off yet:mad:

Its the CALVES! I hate those mother fuckers!! I want to rip them off my legs and jump up and down on them. Those fuckers think they can beat me, I dont thinks so if fucking hores!! I will beat you !! I will kick your ass!!
