What's the deal
Need some advice from you guys. My bench has been going up very well in the past few months. I get stronger every workout. I do powerlifting sets for bench doing 10,8,6,5,5,3, usually on my last set I can finish with 325 for 3 yesterday on my bench day I only got 315 for two. This is the first time I've gone down in months. Do you think I just had a bad day or should I lay off bench for awhile and substitute something else
