The one that i have enjoyed the most was my first ever, proably not the best but since i had just started i gained alot, felt good and could'nt wait to lift!
workout 1:
squats 3 sets
leg extensions 3 sets
bench press 3 sets
incline flyes 3 sets
bb curls 3 sets
skull crushers 3 sets
abs 3 sets
workout 2:
deadlifts 3 sets
barbell rows 3 sets
shrugs 3 sets
db shoulder press 3 sets
laterals 3 sets
abs 3 sets
i did 3 days a week changing order of workouts....1,2,1 or 2,1,2..
