i like that explaination dial....but i say all of the shit sucks....did anyone else read the article about how shitty the quality of protein powders is and especially premade shake and drink protein is...the article was in testosterone magazine i think december 2002 or nov 2002... pack a lunch and eat ur protein in real food form!!

it was testosterone magazine and if you read the article you might have to agree on most of what is said out of pure logic...also testosterone mag sells supplements....they dont benefit much from bashing the industry so kind of makes you think about this article...i think i still have it at home ... if i do i will scan and post it! i havent read the testosterone site but i have read a couple of the mags and they seem to be well written... what is shitty about the website...i will go check it out
