A bodybuilder told me i needed it so I bought a bottle of it and have been taking it twice a day but i still dont know what it really does. Its the brand Borlean's. Every post that i read said people absolutely loved it and wouldnt go off it..

It's good for essential fatty acids (omega-3's i believe). These lower ldl cholesterol.
I use olive oil, no one has proven (to me) that flax is THAT much better.

oh yeah...it's also good for skin, hair, and stuff like that.
