I have no idea what you just said, but building muscle is harder, it takes extreme amount of hard work...

Building muscle is by far way harder. Any skinny guy can sport a six pack and call them selves ripped. I think its bs personally. If you weigh 150 with sub 10% bf your not ripped your skinny. When you have low bf and and a decent amount of muscle thats impressive. Its also pretty rare thats why building muscle is harder. Most fat people cant lose fat because they are not dedicated. It really quite simple too lose weight just eat clean and do cardio. I will add that going from 8% bf to 5 or lower will be difficult, but very few will ever have this problem.

Yeah I'm honestly still not convinced which ones easier, I see more threads about people aking how to lose weight then I see how to build muscle.

Adding muscle is exponentially harder, but in my opion also more fun.

It's easy to modify your diet and create a caloric defecit, carb cycling and controlling blood sugar isn't an exact science and it isn't that difficult, I guess unless you're trying to get insanely lean.

Adding muscle is where all the work is, all the heavy lifting, the napping, the forced feedings six times a day, the extra food prep and dishes, the bloat...

I've asked this question my self and also answered it my self lol
building muscle is much more difficult.. not saying losing fat is as many ppl struggle to do that.. but they just need to do some cardio and stop eating as much and change the diet..
