Whats everyone eating for breakfast?

I am looking for some breakfast ideas. I have never been a breakfast person, but it's time to be one so I can gain some weight. I am looking for something relatively fast to make, and good. I also have a pretty sensitive stomach, so anything with milk is out of the questions. Thanks guys!

I just had a turkey sandwich with cheese on whole wheat, a bagel with salmon cream cheese, a blueberry creme donut, 5 glasses of milk, 4 peanut butter cups and a bowl of raisenbran. I'm about to go to bed though, so it's not really breakfast.

For breakfast I'll probably have 6 eggs, a few glasses of milk, oatmeal, bagel with creme cheese and jelly. Another bowl of raisenbran probably as well. :)

Wow, I'm hungry all over again. If it wasn't for the r-ala, I think my waist would be 45-50 inches by now lol. Maybe I'll have that breakfast now, and then repeat when I wake up. =)

I'm not a morning person so mine has to be quick
bout 8oz milk, 6tblsp peanut butter, some choc syrup(i know thats kinda bad)
all in a blender and down it
its like drinking a peanut butter cup
 
Okay, I'm not checking this damn thread anymore. I just need to go to sleep. Now I want steak and eggs. I'm more bloated than Delta Burke and Anna Nicole Smith from all this eating.

i wish i could get myself up to make liftbig's breakfast though

my breakfast takes 10 minutes to fix at most. oatmeal cooks fast, but i usually blend it in the blender with some skim milk. and the steak cooks fast on the foreman grill, scrambled eggs are easy to make on the stove. you just have to multi-task and it gets done quickly.
 
if i cant have steak, eggs and oatmeal.......can of tuna on bread and instant oatmeal....both good and dont fuck up my stomach..i also have sensative stomach especially in the am..
 
Eggs and oatmeal. Oatmeal 3 minutes in the microwave, eggs a few minutes on the stove top. I have a hard time eating steak in the morning, maybe I'll give that a try.

I'm NOT a morning person so I stick to my Ultra Flax cereal, throw in some extra Flaxseed Meal and some soy milk (I know, I know...but I'm a chick). At work I have a big cup of coffee and a snack around 9:30/10 AM.

I ALWAYS eat breakfast.
 
For a while I was making:

Toasted english muffin
Egg - cooked in one of those plastic microwave cooker things
Cheese - I usually just use sliced American cheese
Lunchmeat - Turkey, Ham...whatever you like.

Pop the english muffin in the toaster,
throw the egg in the microwave (cooks in about 1 minute),
when the muffin pops up, throw the cheese on it (so it melts a little),
the egg should be ready, so plop that on the cheese (it is shaped perfectly to fit the muffin),
top it with your lunchmeat and the other half of your muffin!

This is about a 5 minute meal from start to clean up! Easy and really good too!
 
-2 scoops whey protein powder
-1cup of old fashion slow cooking oats
-12oz of skim milk
-1tblsn of nat pb
-1 banana

put in blender on high and drink. yum

i used to eat eggs and turkey bacon in the morning when i was in school, but my first class wasn't until 9
now i have to be to work by 8
guess i just need to get my ass out of bed
 
i always feel sick the morning...I never get hungry until around noon where im suddenly ready to devour little kids my stomach gurgles so much.

I can only handle a protein shake and a commercial,sugar ladden cereal in the mroning and that's a battle
 
Met-Rx mixed with 20oz skim milk, banana, 4 ice cubes, tablespoon olive oil, and 3 grams L-Glutamine. Mixes and tastes well and I can drink it in my car on my way to the office.
 
4 eggs scrambled with cheese and a couple tblspoons of cottage cheese.

oatmeal with rasins, almonds & sunflower/flax seed mix.

Apple.

I eat that every fucking morning, it's nice & all but sometimes it's hard forcing it down.
 
1 whole egg, 2 egg whites, about 2oz of taylor ham ( pork roll for you non north jersey folk ) but im cutting. when i bul plan of atleast 3 eggs 3 whites, some whole wheat toast, and some kind of lean meat fried with olive oil.
 
my breakfast is usually whatever we had for dinner last night + milk

my dad looks at me like what the fuck when i am eating tacos at 6:45 am

LOL...That is EXACTLY how I feel in the morning. i can't even think about food, but right around 12 my arm starts lookin pretty yummy...

When I was home and could eat anything I wanted, my breakfast was usually 10fried eggs (only 3yolks) and cheese with wheat bread. Oh yea, and crystal light.

Now I eat the crap they give in the school cafeteria.

Mass Recovery from AmericanBodyBuilding...every morning.

I have to be at work at 430 AM, so my morning is usually...
245 alarm
254 alarm (snooze #1)
303 - skip the shave
312 - skip the shower
321 - fuck I'm going to be late for work...

So I grab a MAss Recovery and drink it in the car on the way.
 
Alot of times,its Hamburger helper :( I work 3rd and sleep when I get off of work so right when I wake up I have to eat,then go to the gym.My stomach hates me every morning
