Whats A Quick and Ez Preworkout meal?

im wondering the same thing...i workout at 6am and am starving halfway through my workout if i dont eat. i cant seem to eat oatmeal yet either. :(

I would opt for a whey/casein mix in water preworkout, with a small apple. 10-15g of whey intraworkout with some simple carbs. I like to use smarties, instead of liquid. Eat the smarties as needed to keep bg slightly elevated and just enough to maintain training intensity and keep hunger at bay.
 
I used smarties postworkout awhile back but never during. my workouts are kind of long on occasion. Ill give that a try tomorrow.
 
I know u mention the oats , but I also train at 5.30 am so have 35g raw weight oats and a scoop of whey ,25g carbs 25g pro at 4.45am ,I do this whether dieting down or bulking before weight workouts only ,cardio is done fasted .works very well for me.i have tried simple carbs pre workout but crash badly half way through workout usually

Cut the pre-workout carbs in half, and utilize them during the workout - you won't crash.

good point, i have tons of waxy maise left, what i did try was a small bit of complex 45min before then equal amount simple carbs 10min before and kept crashing for some reason 30min in to my workouts, will give it a try :cool:
