What was the most stupid thing you have done in your BodyBuilder carreer ?
I can remember some...
- My first cycle: anavar only,10mg ED ... light even for a little girl (i am 230 pounds...lol)
-Max benching alone in the gym...almost died with the bar in my throat.
-Deca only cicle...i got a huge deca dick.
-took anadrol + winny without any liver protections... piss yellow

and you???
 
Working with 315lbs in the squat I hit the rack coming down and had to throw the weight off my back. Got kicked out for that one.
 
benching without a spot in the morning

at the university gym, did about 3 sets, and then only wated about 30 seconds, till my next set, and was doing fine, then all of a sudden failure...............




my lip was swollen kus the bar hit me on the mouth,

thank god for adrenaline, I think I could have died.

270 on the head is not healthy for you.

then I gave a speech and had a swolen ass lip
 
In no particular order...


-Doing some heavy incline barbell bench press with no spotter (I failed my last rep and couldn't lift the bar off my troat -very pleasant experience).

-Traveling several hours to buy (what turned out to be) fake anadrol

-Not taking seriously enough the potential side effects of steroids.
 
Drinking a case of diet coke 12 hours before a show trying to shed water weight, didn't work so i took an assload of lasix and dnp, and went to the sauna to DIE......well almost anyway....not a good time ....I was much younger and dumber then
 
the stupidest thing i ever done is the atkins diet lost sixty puonds gained back 70>>> my current efforts ive lost 58 puonds with alot of carbs...go figure:bday:

first cycle i do tesosterone 250 only 1 amp for all cycle with deca
50 every week no gain in this cycle :D

and secnd cycle i do primbolan 400 week and winny 50 ed 2 day off but without any liver protections piss yellow


do you want to know about my bulk cycle yes i add sustanon 250- 500 week and deca 200 - 400 week with D-bol 20 - 30 this cycle is good to bulk but i get too much water in my back i gain 17.lbs also without any liver protections piss yellow


and the big stupid thing i do T3 cycle i start t3 with 25 and increess it to 75 and then go back to 25 its good cycle but i lose alot of musles because i dont take too much protein t3 cycle need too much protein :bawling:

1. Listening to men for cycle advice.
2. taking ghb during the day, and falling asleep while training a client.
3. taking ghb and soma's together and walking into a wall...
4. taking ghb and driving... not even funny.
ok, maybe ghb is the dumb thing here... haha LOL haven't taken this since the client incident!

I wouldnt call my lifting a "body building career", but here is the dumbest thing I have done.

Squated my highest weight for 10 reps
immediatly dropped weight and went to failure
immediatly dropped weight again and went to failure
immediatly dropped weight and went to failure
at that point I could no longer lift any weight so I stood in the rack and lowered down to a deep squat and jumped as high as I could until my feet woul no longer leave the floor. At that point I coninued to just do squats with no weight until I had to use my arms to help pull me up.

I got nausious, but couldnt move so tried to hold it for a couple minutes until I could make it to the lockerroom where I proceeded to blow chuncks. Felt pretty good after that, got up headed out of the locker room, blacked out and did a header, face first on the tile floor giving myself whiplash. BP drops when ya vomit and I stood up to quick after words :(
 
1) Taking dbol back in HS and really not knowing a thing about it. And taking large amounts. SideEffects. Im Mr.Clean now.. :bawling:

2) Max Squating to showoff without the proper tech and warmup, which resulted in spine that looks like a roadmap with compressed vert's and pinched nerves

Besides that
 
doing 2 deca only cycles. wondering why my dick wouldn't get hard. didnt know about deca dick back then.
also doing taking 1 winny tab a day thinking it was gonnna do something..haha...
 
Running my pie hole in the gym while changing plates on the incline bench. Grabbed the 45 while a 25 was before it, slid the weight, and 25 dropped on my foot from about 5 feet. GIANT bruise, no broken bone, but deep tissue and bone bruise. foot swelled up like Fred flintsone foot. No squats, running, dead lifts, cleans, military presses for about 6 weeks. WHAT A STUPID THING TO DO. That and buying into the calorie thing of the 80's Remember MEGA MASS 2300? Fucking like eating a bag of sugar with strawberry flavor. THAT was just as dumb.........

how abuot jamming your fingers in between some heavy ass dumbells and they turn purple. or doing lat pull downs, thinking you have the full rack 350+lbs and its only on 40lbs and you fall on your ass comign down with the bar.

im not sure why you would think thats so impressive.
thats the stack on this old machine i used to use, fucking real heavy, it wasnt one of those stupid light ones with the 10 pullies, it was your basic lat pulldown machine... shit for football tryouts i used to have to do my bodyweight in high school 15 times which was 220 and i did that with no problem and i was 100% natural.
im not saying im the strongest dude in the world, but i assure you me and my buddys used to do the rack of 350
 
also...not all machines are created equal either, some are heavier than others and not knowing the name brand of the one i used to use and the one you use then we cant realy compare.

Injecting my nuts with 500 mg of test!!!

After my injection my nuts exploded to the size of apples!!

Definitely the dumbest thing I've done.

At least I didn't inject in my O-Ring. Now that could have been fatal!!!

I did the exact same thing with the stack and seated cable rows. Let me guess, the plates at the bottom were thicker but you accidently used the short pin, so it didn't engage?

I flew backwards a good 8 feet and landed on the back of my head.

clen 2 week , xenadrine 2 week then and last 10 day i use taraxatone

When I was in high school, I hid like 30 duratestons in a sock, my mom went through my shit and dropped the duras on the tile floor in the bathroom, I wanted to suck up the oil off the floor but she was too busy yelling at me-I lost some $$

Man, I am on the floor. That happened to me back in college with a bicep machine. Had to get a stitch.
 
For years I used to take every day 2-4 shakes with protein, raw egg white and milk and wondered why I felt like a balloon.
I farted like a hippopotamus. This was not funny at all, not for me and even less for the people around me. But at that time I simply thought that it would be normal. I read that many BBs would face the same problem.
Only years later I found out that I have a light lactose insufficiency, that raw eggs is not the best either and that I shouldn't do shakes where 1/3 is air which I drink with the shake.

Today I cook my eggs and eat just the white. I mix the protein with just water using a spoon.

Today, no farting and no balloon stomach anymore.
I ask myself why I haven't done a research before. My former
girlfriends would have appreciated that.

When the most beautiful girl I've ever known asked me to spend the night at her house I said no. Because it was leg day the next day.
 
I can't really think of too much that's incredibly stupid, since I don't usually take too many chances in the gym.

But ordering Cybergenics when I first started, that's got to rank up there.

The overtraining system that came with the useless supps did help me lean out before a winter vacation, but that's about all it did. $120 - fluSH.

Oh yeah, I almost forgot - nearly poking my eye out with a needle. A word to the wise (from the idiot): don't wander around the bathroom tidying up your amps and such with a spent needle still in your hand! Be aware of needle location at all times! (You would think this would be obvious, but I see a lot of totalled cars on the roads so it never hurts to underestimate the average person's intelligence level. :D )

Broke a rib, had to stop training for a long time....

Going from 190 to 140 in a short period of time... when I first started lifting, ripped as hell, but lost a lot of muscle. I have fought my way back up to 190, same low bf, but it took a crapload of work...

Jumping off a railroad bridge while drunk, forgetting I jumped, and hitting the ground like a sack of crap... broke my ankle...

I just remembered why I stopped drinking!!!
 
Well, listening to guys who've done lot's of cycle's (Yet you can't tell if you don't know), and believing they DO know what they are doing! HAHAHA! I fucking believed that it was part of the game loosing all gains, having bitch-tits, getting all filled with water, etc etc etc!!!

Buy the way, when I try telling them to use things likke anti-e's, clomid, liver protectans, and so on they still laugh and say I don't know shit, cuz I've only done 1 cycle!!!

after my Havey bulk Cycle iwait 1 month and then start my t3, winny EQ cycle i realy blame my self to do this wrong im trying to get my Musles back :bawling:
 
I was getting ready for a show and bought 6 bottles of Nutropin 30 iu's. I went to Gold's to do my cardio and had the GH with me in a paper bag, there wasn't many people there so I had my friend who worked the front desk to put them in the back of the fridge where the drinks were. I grabbed them on the way out an hour later and the mother-fuckers were FROZEN- the fridge was obviously too cold-ruined my growth and cost me $$- I'm still pissed to this day.

Tried my first test when I was 16 or 17 y/o (over a decade ago) didn't know any better and used an INSULIN syringe. Can we say no gains. Luckily shit was cheap then around $20-30 a bottle. Also buying all that crappy weight gainer powder and shopping at GNC.
