themondtster New member Jul 3, 2012 #2 Wendlers 5/3/1 which is four daysMon,Tues,Thurs,Fri. Rotate some GVT in there everynow and then which is usually four or five days about the same format. Like 5*5 Mon,Wed,Fri also....thinking about doing it again this winter for a few months.
