S SuperSquat New member Jun 18, 2001 #2 My daily menu isnt exactly easy on the checkbook but it has been very effective in the past few years. 18 egg whites w/ 3 yolks (scrammbled) 300 calories of oats 2 cans tuna 2 baked potatos 10-12 oz. red meat 2 baked potatos 10-12 oz. chicken 2 baked potatos Post workout: 18 oz. apple juice 12 egg whites 1 1/2 cups oats 1 bananna (put in a blender and drink. actually tastes good!) 10-12 oz. red meat 2 baked potatos it is a very boring and plain diet but I have yet to find a better one for getting big but not fat

cozmokramer New member Jun 20, 2001 #4 there are a lot of good diets.. it all depends on what you can "deal with" low carb diets work the best and quickest but are tough for many people to follow!
