up intill 2 sessions ago..after cardio, or martial arts training i would just take 2 servings of whey protein..
2 sessions ago i started taking about..35 grams of dextrose afterwards...
after i lift i have 66 grams of protien and about 65-75 grams of dextrose.
The reason y i wasent having dextorse after both workouts was because im cutting down and i dint want to much sugar in my diet,,,
so how bout i got about 65 post lift, and about 35 after cardio, and martial arts with 40 grams of protien?
