What to eat healty outside ?

Hi

I really need some advice for what to eat daily.. I know it is a funny question but seems i am really desperate for some good advice.. Ok , here is the summary of my current situation.. I am working for a really crazy schedule. I work 6 days a week from 17:00 to 2:00 am ... I go to the gym 3-4 days a week before my job...

I usually do cardio around 30 minutes and then regular body exercises. I eat a sandwich or a fruit after gym. But the biggest problem is what to eat at night ??? Since i am outside until 2:00 am , i do not have any chance to eat at home.. Around my work, we have Chipotle, California Tortilla, Pot Belly's sandwich, GIANT , Moby Dick (Persian Kabap place ) and there is a spanish place which sells mainly mexican style chicken menus.. So, those are my choices and i do not like to bring food from home because it gets cold and i like to eat fresh food.. So please give some good advice for what to eat healty for dinner... Thanks..

Kind of sounds like you are shit out of luck if you will not eat cold food. Sounds like you are not willing to do what you have to do to get healthy and fit bro.
 
tuna fish in a can lol...........seriously eat tuna fish or make a tuna salad with it...then you have a salmon in a can, theres many options bro you just have to keep and open mind about it
 
I usually eat three cold meals a day. Prepare all your meals ahead of time a pack a cooler and take it with you. If you really want something bad enough you will go through anything to get it. Sometimes i have to sacrifice and eat a little cold food. I'm reaching my goals. Good luck.

Here's some food that works well for me cold.

Chicken cutlets, Roast sirloin, canned tuna, baked salmon, flounder, sea trout, ground beef with onions and peppers, protein shakes, mixed nuts, anpb

sweet potatoes, brown rice, green beans, broccoli, cabbage, any fruit, salad
 
grilled turkey breast cutlets seasoned with Durkee St. Louis Style Chicken & Rib Rub are excellent when hot or cold....i work in the underground coal mines so i know what you mean about cold food...some mines have a hot power box that i can warm food up on but some dont...also i eat a lot of tuna (mix with pickle relish if you don't like the taste of plain tuna) throw about 2 cans of tuna/relish in a plastic container, put 4 slices of wheat bread in sandwich bags......when its time to eat, open up your tuna and spread it out on your bread (i make 4 single slice sandwiches, spread throughout the day) ***this is a great way to eat a healthy, great tasting, FRESH sandwich!

pack a cooler. with real chicken breast sandwiches on a real whole grain bread like ezekiel, jugs of milk, hard boiled eggs, roast beef sandwiches, v-8. ect. like the saying goes shit or get off the pot. stuffing your face all day with foods that dont taist all that good when your not hungry is a bitch. it is also what seperates us from all those little skinny guys at the gym who keep lifting but never grow.
