Why so low on the carbs bro? If I were that low on carbs, I'd be pretty sluggish and moody all day.
My body just responds to it better. To stay lean and big, basically. I don't have an issue with energy, probably because I've done it for so long (over 5-6 years now). Started on a Keto diet and lost about 15 pounds of pure fat and gained a ton of muscle. I might try to up the carbs a bit eventually if I try a bulk or something. At 6'3 220, I'm right around where I like myself so I'm not trying anything crazy besides maintaining. For now
