What to eat for break time?

Why so low on the carbs bro? If I were that low on carbs, I'd be pretty sluggish and moody all day.


My body just responds to it better. To stay lean and big, basically. I don't have an issue with energy, probably because I've done it for so long (over 5-6 years now). Started on a Keto diet and lost about 15 pounds of pure fat and gained a ton of muscle. I might try to up the carbs a bit eventually if I try a bulk or something. At 6'3 220, I'm right around where I like myself so I'm not trying anything crazy besides maintaining. For now :)

Yeah bro. I really don't know how you do it. Me without carbs? My brain starves for fuel. With carbs I move faster. I'm more positive. Happier. More brain power. Stronger. etc.
 
Since I'm allowed 2 15 minute breaks, what are good meals to eat really quick during that 15 minute?

I do NOT want to eat protein bars or have any shakes during that time. I want to ear REAL food.

What can I eat that is a complete meal in 10 minutes or less?

I already make Protein Oatmeal pancakes. I can eat those quick in less than 10 minutes. But I'm looking for ANOTHER meal to eat for my other break time.

Any suggestions?

Habe a bagel with peanut butter/honey and can of tuna
